He has an excellent repo with all the reputed IPC's Channel Partners, etc. He is specialised in raising various finance facilities / fundings (including Structured Deals) LRD, LAP with various financial institutions like NBFC, PSU Banks, Commercial Banks. Before joining Dosti Realty ,Mr Jain was part of one of the most reputed Indian Coglomarate handling their all Real Estate properties spread thoughout India and abroad and handled all its corporate affairs including Legal / Arbitration / Group Family Settlement besides handling all SEBI and Stock Exchanges compliances being the Company Secretary. Mr Paras Vishwakarma is a dynamic and proven professional having 37 years vast experience in construction industry related to real estate, Contracting, technical guidance, managing overall operations, budgeting and providing timely deliverables with quality and safety are his forte. He leads the strategic business unit for complete construction verticals and is equally responsible for its PNL. Currently working as Director Projects in Dosti Realty he is heading and organizing approx. 17 to 18 mn.sq.ft. of construction. He always believes in value engineering, cost controlling, providing economy in construction by giving design inputs, optimization of available of resources, manpower and providing end to end solutions. Striving to achieve the cost of construction at affordable prices he has the mathematics of turning difficult and complex task into simple ones. Mr Nitin Nagpal has over 22 years of work experience across various roles in sales, marketing, branding, research, consulting etc within the real estate sector. He has been associated with HDFC Ltd (Realty vertical) for approximately 16 years since it's working inception across various verticals like Land, Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Pre-Lease assets, Valuations, Feasibility, JV and played a pivotal role in setting up new business centres across India. Currently, heading Sales and Marketing at Dosti Realty, his extensive network within and outside the industry gives him various insights on changing market dynamics across sectors and its impact on consumer behavior patterns. During his 7+ years tenure with the company he has further streamlined processes of the Presales, Marketing, Sales and CP verticals. He currently handles a running portfolio of around 6 projects and various more in the pipeline across MMR and Pune
