At Dosti Realty, our embrace of technology has been a journey of perseverance, learning, and continuous improvement. Like any transformational process, it came with its challenges—but each hurdle only strengthened our resolve to find the right solutions.
The Early Steps (2005-2007): Laying the Foundation
In 2005, we began digitizing our business operations using software solutions recommended by trusted friends, family members and industry contacts. While these early systems provided basic structure, they soon revealed significant limitations. By 2006-07, we transitioned to more advanced platforms, but challenges persisted—remote access was unavailable, reporting capabilities were minimal, and data exports (including CSV) remained unsupported. Additionally, statutory compliance updates often lagged behind regulatory changes. Despite these constraints, each step forward helped streamline our workflows and underscored the need for a more robust solution.
The Transition Phase (2016): Seeking the Right Fit
In 2016, we onboarded "Base," a system primarily designed for the pharmaceutical sector. While it introduced new functionalities, it required heavy customization for real estate operations and was still under development. This phase reinforced the importance of industry-specific solutions.
The Turning Point (2017-2019): Farvision – Aligning Technology with Vision
After extensive research into software tailored for real estate businesses, we found our turning point in 2017 with the implementation of Farvision ERP. For the first time, we had a system that truly aligned with our operational needs, streamlining workflows and driving efficiency across the organization. The implementation itself took 6 to 8 months, but the real impact became evident only 3 to 4 years later, when we witnessed a full project lifecycle—from excavation to occupation certificate—seamlessly mapped within the system. Farvision not only allowed us to track every customer touchpoint throughout the buyer’s journey but also provided unparalleled visibility into project budgets, purchase requisitions, and accounts reconciliation. This was the transformative leap we had been working toward—a unified platform that brought clarity, control, and scalability to our operations.
By 2019, we upgraded to Farvision ERP's newer version, refining workflows further and ensuring smoother integrations. This version addressed past gaps, offering better accessibility, robust reporting, and compliance adaptability —finally giving us a platform that grew with our business.

Our journey to finding the right ERP solution was far from linear—it was a test of resilience and adaptability. From traditional methods to a technology-driven approach, each phase taught us valuable lessons. 1. Salesforce: The Backbone of Our CRM Strategy
Earlier, Dosti Realty relied on disconnected systems, spreadsheets, and manual workflows to manage leads, sales, and customer engagement. Sales teams lacked real-time visibility, customer communication was inconsistent, and tracking performance was a time-consuming process. Without automation, scaling operations efficiently was a constant struggle.
The Transformation: Salesforce & AI Driving Efficiency
In FY2023-24, we embraced Salesforce as our central growth engine, integrating marketing, presales, and sales. At Dosti, we are using an integrated system with our website and WhatsApp for lead capturing and opportunity nurturing. Salesforce Live reports help track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly site visits, revisits, and bookings. We have implemented multiple logic rules in Salesforce to identify the probability of conversions.
An AI-powered WhatsApp bot, along with multiple process digitization and automation initiatives, are in the pipeline, including WhatsApp marketing, automated surveys to capture customer feedback (CSAT/NPS), and ERP integration for productivity improvement and sales operations optimization.
2. Dosti Blue Circle: Empowering Channel Partners
In September-October 2023, we recognized a critical need in our Channel Partner network - ensuring fair, transparent lead allocation. The manual process left room for uncertainty and inefficiency.
Our solution? The Dosti Blue Circle app, powered by OTP verification to guarantee unbiased lead assignment. Suddenly, our partners could:

✓ Access performance analytics to optimize their efforts

That’s why in December 2024, we launched the Dosti Living mobile app —our digital solution, powered by Farvision , designed exclusively for customers. Now, residents can track real-time project progress, view payment details, and access important documents anytime, anywhere.
This wasn't just about building an app; it was about building trust. By putting critical information directly in our customers' hands, we've transformed how they experience their home-buying journey with us - making it smoother, more transparent, and truly convenient.
